Digital Goods Return Policy

Because the EDGE Trading Journal is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed and access is granted.

Immediate Access

Due to the nature of digital goods and Notion templates, you receive immediate, complete access to all of our proprietary materials, templates, video courses, and resources the moment your purchase is finalized. Once a digital asset has been downloaded or duplicated into your Notion workspace, there is no way for the product to be "returned." Therefore, all sales are final.

Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds, we want to ensure you have a satisfactory experience. If you experience technical issues accessing the product or the video course, please contact our support team. We will diligently work with you to resolve any downloading, accessing, or setup issues you encounter.
