1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, website, or purchasing the EDGE Trading Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The EDGE Trading Journal, including all Notion templates, video courses, text, graphics, and underlying structure, are inherently proprietary and belong exclusively to Smart Mental Edge. Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the templates for your personal trading activities.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, sharing, or reselling our templates, wholly or in part.
• Offering the journal as a bonus, giveaway, or part of a promotional package.
• Claiming the product, templates, or design as your own.

3. Educational Purposes Only; No Financial Advice

Our products and materials are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. The EDGE Trading Journal does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

4. User Accounts

In the future, you may be required to register to use certain features. You must keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Mental Edge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the product or any direct or indirect monetary losses resulted by your trading activity.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Smart Mental Edge and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
